ABSTRACT:

Dimecron (Phosphamidon) (2 chloro - 2 - diethyl carbamol - 1 - methyl vinyl dimethyl phos-R phate) 3 mg/Kg body weight was injected intraperitoneally (ip) daily for 10 days. The daily ip dose of Dimecron depleted the level of blood urea, serum GOT and GPT, total protein and serum creatinine, whereas the level of blood sugar and serum cholesterol increased.
