Synthesis of Alpo4-22 Molecular Sieve from Multicomponent Systems

ABSTRACT:

There are about ten novel procedures for the synthesis of AlPO4-22 is discovered. They were characterized by XRD, SEM, Carbon and Nitrogen analysis and MAS NMR techniques. SEM analysis shows that all the samples are cuboid with particle size ranging from 0.8 to 24 mm. However Sample 3 is orthorhombic and 7 is rhombohedral. Non-aqueous sample has template, almost double to that of aqueous samples. The 27Al and 31P MAS NMR of samples 4 and 7 are similar however the peak positions vary. Media did not change the nature of the spectrum.
