ABSTRACT:

Mixed ligand complexes of alkali metal salts of glycine and b-analine with isonitrobenzoylacetone having the general formula where M=Li, Na or K; Li = anion of glycine or b-alanine, n=1 or n=2 and HL= isonitrosobenzoylacetone, have been synthesized and characterized on the basis of melting point determination, elemental analysis and infrared spectral studies.
