ABSTRACT:

Mixed ligand metal complexes of Cu(ll) ions with diphenic acid and nitrogen donor amines bases e.g. isoquinoline, O-phenanthroline, 2-aminopyridine. 3-aminopyridine, 2,2'-bipyridine, pyridine and 8-hydroxy quinoline have been synthesized according to the literature procedure, Their conventional physical and chemical analyses have been done. All the complexes have antibacterial and antifungal activity. Their toxicological studies have also been carried out
