ABSTRACT:

Viscosity measurements have been made on systems comprising 3-hydroxy-6-chloro-8-bromoflavanol in 70% dioxane-water and 70% methanol-water at 25°C. The data have been usee to calculated viscosity and B coefficient. We have also been studied effect of solvent on tie viscosity. It has been found that viscosity decreased with increase in the percentage of dioxane organic solvent and also viscosity increased due to increasing the concentration of 3-hydroxy-6-chloro-8-bromoflavanol (ligand solute).
