ABSTRACT:

ΔH - ΔS patterns tor senes of protonation or complex formation reactions of ethytendiamine related tri tetra- and peniamine in aqueous solution have been inspected in order to verify the occurence of tuncaonat tetetionsNps between the two parameters. Both the senes of reactions of variabie divalent metal ions with constant ligand and the series of protonation of different polyamines do not show functional behaviours and emphasise the occurence of specific interactions which intervene for specific structural characteristics of the ligandes.
