Synthesis and Biological Activity of Some 3-Substttuted 7-H-6-(6-Bromo-3-Coumarino)-S-Triazolo [3,4-B] [1,3,4] Thiadiazines

ABSTRACT:

A series of 3-substiuted 7H-6-(6-bromo-3-coumarino)-s-triazolo [3,4-b][1,3,4] thiadiazines were synthesized and subjected to anti¬bacterial studies. The structures of these compounds were established on the basis of analytical and spectral data. Some of the compounds have shown significant antibacterial activity.
