Synthesis and Spectral Studies of Bis (Aroylhydrazones) of 1,1′- Diacetylferrocene And Aroylhydrazones of Monoacetylferrocene

Bis (aroylhydrazones) of 1.1'-diacetyiferrocene (1-8) and aroylhydrazones of monoacety I ferrocene (9-16) have been synthesized, by condensation of diacetyl- and monoacetyl- ferrocene with p- and m- methyl, p-methoxy, p-and m-chloro-,p- and m- bromo and benzoylhydrazine in methanolic solution. The structures of the prepared compounds are confirmed by elemental analyses, IR-and PMR- spectroscopy.
