ABSTRACT:

Substituted 6,13-dihaIo-(l,4) benzoxazino-(2,3-b)-phenoxazines (triphenodioxaziocs) have been conveniently synthesised by condensing substituted arylamines with halogeno-p - benzoquinones followed by cyclization of resulting diarylamino-p-benzoquinones in presence of benzoyl-chloride in nitrobenzene.
