ABSTRACT:

The present work was commenced for evaluation of role of uterine mast cells in both the laveys of uterus, i.e myometruim and endometrium after the administration of alcholic extract of the seeds of Daucus carota in combination with esterogen, progeateron. and progestrogen . It was found that mast cells show significant changes in their population in both the layers of uterus.
