ABSTRACT:

Synthesis of ths methyl ether derivatives of 6,6"-bisflavone (IV) and a bischromone (V) were done by using 5,5'- linked dimer of 4,6- dimethyl either of phloroacetophenone. The structures of these compounds were established on ths basis of their spectral properties.
