ABSTRACT:

The stereochemistry of the title compounds has been assigned on the basis of their 1H and 13C NMR data. These imines were found to exist in solution exclusively in the Z-Configuration. The geminal C-isopropyl mehtyls were found to be isochronous indicating low rotational barrier around the 1-naphthyl-imino bond.
