Oraganometallic derivatives of palladium (o) have been isolated from the displacement reaction of Pd(Pf3)4 with 1–substituted tetrazoline-5-thione with phenyl, orthotolyl, paratolyl, parachlorophenyl and benzoyl substitution in benzene medium. Most probable tetrahedral structure is assigned on the basic of elemental analysis, electronic, infrared, far infrared and 1H NMR spectral studies.
