Synthesis of Disperse Azo Dyes Based on Schiff Base

ABSTRACT:

Some new azo disperse dyes were prepared by diazotised N-(para-aminophenyl) chalconeimine and coupling with various couplers. These dyes were characterized by elemental analysis and I.R. Spectra. Dyeing properties of these dyes on polyster fibre were assessed.
