ABSTRACT:

A new compound 4-amino-N-(4,6, dimethyl-2-pyrimidinyl) benzene sulphonamide (trade name sulphadimidine) forms 2:1 complexe with sivier. This complex was synthesised, purified and screened for gram positive and gram negative organism for the antimicrobial activity.
