ABSTRACT:

The properties of azo disperse dyes based on 4-OxO quinazoline nucleus have been evaluated by applying them on polyester fibre. The values of λmax, Rf, % exhaustion, shade and the dyeing behaviour such as fight wash, acid, and alkali perspiration, rubbing and sublimation fastness of prepared dyes have also been studied.
