Chemical Analysis of Ipomea Carnea Jacq

Commonly available wood of Ipomea Carnea Jacq was analysed for the determination of its ingrediants. A comparative study of the availability of the Ipomea Carnea wood has been made .The chemical analysis of Ipomea Carnea has been recorded from the samples of the wood, collected from different regions of Madhya Pradesh, Orissa and Andhra Pradesh. The chemical analysis reveals that the Ipomea wood contains higher ash content then bamboo .Solubility and other non polysaccharide contents have been recorded in the table.
