ABSTRACT:

Some novel mixed ligand organo-ruthenium compounds have been isolated from the displacement reaction of [RuH(CO)(PO3)3CI] and [Ru(PO3)4CI2]with thiobarbutaric acid (BBATH) in benzene medium. Tentative octahedral structure of all new compounds are assigned on the basis of analytical, conductance, magnetic susceptibility, ir and electronic spectral data.
