Abstract:
Binary and mixed ligand complexes of Zn(II) involving amlodipine drug (A) as a primary ligand and some amino acids (L) as a secondary ligands are investigated. The acidity constants of the ligands were determined and used for determining the stability constants of the complexes formed in 80% (v/v) ethanol-water media under the experimental conditions at 25 ÂșC , I = 0.10 M (NaNO3) by using potentiometric technique. The potentiometric data were analysed using the computer program HYPERQUAD. The concentration distribution of the complexes in solution was evaluated.
