ABSTRACT:

Terephthalic acid hydrazide-bis-salicylidene, terephthalic acid hydrazide-bis-2, 3, 4-trihydroxy phenacylidene, terephthalic acid hydrazide-bis-2-hydroxy 5. carboxy phenacylidene and therephthalic acid hydrazide-bis-2, hydroxy naphthalidene have been synthesised and characterized on the basis of elemental analysis, molecular weight determination, I. R. and other physical data.
