A review dealing with the analytical applications viz: Spectrophotometry, gravimetry, Polaro-graphy amperometry, Chrometography, Potentiometry and solvent extraction of thioureas and subsituted thioureas in the determination of platinum metals (Platinum, rhodium iridium, palladium and ruthenium) is given with 34 references.
