ABSTRACT:

A variety of derivatives of quaternary 8-hydroxyquinoline, 8-hydroxyquinaldine, Pyridine 3-acetoxime and 3~hydroxymethyl pyridine carbamates have been synthesized. The new quaternary carbamates were found to be of high toxicity and parasympathomimetic activity in white mice.
