He is serving Oriental Journal of Chemistry as Chief Editor since last thirty years. Dr. Iqbal is conducting research on environmental, co-ordination and drug chemistry and has a credit of producing 26 Ph.D. (s) Dr. Iqbal has published about 120 research papers in international journals and is the author and co-author of 25 books on various topics of chemistry.
