ABSTRACT:

Synthesis and interesting aspects of the biological activity and pharmacology of some new arylazopyrazolones with structural features incorporating β-sulphatoethylsulphone group are discussed. Some of the products have been tested tor their invitro anti¬cancer activity against human tumor ceil lines. Compound 5 (f) has been selected by National Cancer institute USA for intensive testing in in-vivo Hollow Fiber Assay.
