ABSTRACT:

Viscosity and density measurements have been made on systems comprising DL-Alanyl-DL-Alanine and DL-Alanyl-DL-Phenl-Alanine (Concentration range 1.0x10-3M.............3 x 10-3) in 20% dioxane-water and 20% methanol-water at 27°C. The data have been used to calculate viscosity and B coefttcient. Apparent molar volumes have been obtained from density measurements. It has been found that viscosity of DL-Alanyl-DL-Alanine is less than the viscosity of DL-Alanyl-DL-Phenyl-Alanine.
