ABSTRACT:

The triphenylgermanium heterocyclic carboxylate Ph3GeO2CR[R=2-furanyl,3(or 4)-pyridinyl, 3-indolymethyle, 3-indolypropyl] have been synthesised and their IR. 1H NMR and in vitro antitumor activity are discussed. It is shown that these carboxyl groups are bidentate ligands in the mentioned germanium complexes.
