A Review in the Synthesis of Guanidines Derivatives

Guanidines are important molecules with a wide range of interesting properties. In this present work we collect recent advances in the synthesis of guanidines derivatives. We cover important classes of guanylating agents development in the last two decades and representative examples are reported.
