ABSTRACT:

Vinyl compounds containing copolymer films have been synthesized by copolymerization of furan with methylmethcrylate initiated by benzoyl peroxide. The synthesized copolymer films were characterized by IR and ¹H NMR. Their properties viz., electrical conductance, solubility, chemical resistance, permeability, softening range and molecular weight were studied.
