ABSTRACT:

Some neutral complexes of rhodium(III) and irridium(III) with isonitrosoacetophenone (HINAP), isonitroso-p-methyl acetophenone (p-MeHINAP), isonitroso-p-chloro acetophenone (p-CIHINAP) and isonitroso-p-bromoacetophenone (p-BrHINAP) have been synthesised and characterized by elemental analysis, conductance, infrared and electronic absorption spectral data.
