ABSTRACT:

Diclofenac analogues as prodrug were synthesized and evaluated for antiinflammatory and analgesic activities. Hydrolysis studies of the prodrugs were performed in SGF and SIF. The synthesized compounds showed antiinflammatory and analgesic activity comparable to the parent drug.
