Nitrogen mustards with pyrimidine moiety have been synthesized by condensation of benzaldehyde mustard7 with 4-hydroxy-2, 6-dimethyl pyrimidine, 4-chloro-2, 6-dimethyl pyrimidine. Also, N, N-bis(2-chloroethyl)amine hydrochloride, ethanolamine and diethanolamine have been condensed with 4-chloro-2, 6-dimethyl-pyrimidine respectively.
