ABSTRACT:

Aryl hydrazine derivatives of various bismaleimides were prepared by Michael addition reaction of phenyl and substituted phenyl hydrazine derivatives (1a-e) with various bismaleimides (2a-e). All the resultant aryl hydrazino bismaleimides (3 to 7a-e) were characterized by elemental analysis and spectral studies. 3 to 7a-e were also screened for anti microbial activity against plant pathogens.
